Need manual outreach done very carefully on freelance platforms - Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com. To avoid bans, it needs to be done slowly, carefully, and with variety. First step is to start conversations and get into dialogue. Offer should come after 2-3 replies. All freelancers need to be added to favorites/bookmarks so you can track who you're already talking to.
